Tutorials.

mostly what im asking for is does this look good. if not...then shoot me some pointers.

yup tutorials is the way to go for beginners when you get better use harder ones and so forth until you don't need the tutorial you can just do it your self

Like others have said, read tutorials, they help you a LOT

Agree with tutorial comments above. But, for the sake of answering the post:
1. Colors don't match
2. No lighting
3. No depth (kinda goes with lighting)
4. Text is too flashy
5. over max size
6. no flow
7. not to be mean, but it is only paster c4d + render+ text, there are no visible effects on it
8. Also, no boarder. Just add one pix around it by making a new layer -> select all -> edit-stroke on one pix black

None of this was to be mean, just to give you a list of things to work on.
