Hello,

I have a small problem with gimp.

I'm kind a new to this program but i got used to a bit while working on my new profile

Once i finished it to 80% i stuck because the background i made at the beginning is too small.

Is there any way to resize the background even with text on it?

Or is there a way to copy the whole text from the old background to a new (larger) one?

On the main window you got scale tool. Select the layer with background and click on the image(actually on the background), and then you can scale it. If you want to scale background with text in 1 time, you have to merge down the text on the background layer(right click on text layer>merge down). Then you can use scale tool again and it'll scale background and text(because both will be on 1 layer already).
