How do I open a .gif so I can edit it (I use PSCS3)? If I open it normally, it says something along the lines of: This is an animated .gif - you can only view one frame

Seriously? Just like that, no possible way? (I ultimately want to shrink the file size of this .gif, so if there's another way for that then lmk please) I could've sworn I've heard people say stuff about this.

You can MAKE animation in cs3 but you can't OPEN it.
