i see heeps of signatures with dotted lines under the name. but how do you make dotted lines?

you make a 3 X 1 new image

zoom in all the way

fill the first pixel on the line using the pencil tool

edit > define pattern




from there you can use the line selection tool and fill it with the dotted line
