Another attempt.
I like this much better than other stuff I've done.
Let me know what you think.

The only thing I wish I could have done is have a different light surrounding as a c4d and a different text, neither of which I could find.

Its a lot better. Stop using text to fill your signature though, like I said its best to leave it out altogether at first.

As far as the question you asked in your pm, just drag your layers to where you want them, or click on the layer underneath your render and paste the c4d, it will appear under the render.

For resources go to deviantart, search c4d, or textures, light textures, etc.

When beginning, don't do anything with text. Until you have more experience playing with text can only ruin your tag.

To resize anything in PS and keep the dimensions scaled, hit ctrl+t then, while holding shift, drag the corner.

To recolor, hit ctrl+u and then check the box that says "Colorize" and play around with the sliders. When you've got a bit more experience with layer masks and gradient maps, these can also be used to recolor with a large degree of accuracy.
