if u save it as gif it wont do that
try to bring it in image ready and save it optimized as gif
if it doesnt work it means u are doign something wrong
did u try to press the play button in the animaiton window? does the animation work?

all animations must be in .gif ^^

i did save it as .gif in photoshop but the aniamtion didnt work, so i remade the aniamtion part in imageready and then saved it as .gif in iamgeready. no idea why it didn't work in ps though.
