I could never figure out why I couln't find the animation pallete in Photoshop. I guess it would be because I am using Photoshop 7.0. Lolz.

ye as i said on the tutorial if u are not on ps cs2 u need to press shift + ctrl + M and do the animation in image ready

i dont remember if this works on photoshop 7
but if u want after the animation is done try to bring the image back to photoshop and save it for web as gif lowering the colors
