I just used ur pic kil-art if u dont mind couldnt think of any other pic to use =/
well this is my first try with making a sig =D

You open up ur render, than chooe the move tool (or press V), than u actually right click on the render and "move" it to your current background (layer).
Anyways, this tut was very old and only to teach u few basics about photoshopping.
