hey, i'm kinda noob so here are my questions:

1.how can you choose gradient colors from the render
2.how can you make the new sig file (background) to be on the same layers sheet as your render (when i select the render, i can't see the sig layer, and when i select the render, i can't select the sig background)
3.how do i import the render on the sig background

i just tried this to make with gimp but its quite difficult^^
i'm new in graphic design and i dont understand the 4. step where it sais 'make a two more duplicate of your render etc...'
can somebody help me with htat or is it quite impossible with gimp?

press right mouse click on the image > save as...
then go to the place u saved it on ur pc > right mouse click it > open with... > photoshop

this way it will maintain its transparrant background.

if there are any problems with the tut, try figuring it out urself, if u are really stuck feel free to ask.

what smudge brush did you use?
mine turned out pretty bad

the one i have now isnt it, i only had gimp when i did that
just got cs2 today
