Well lately I haven't been asked this as much as when I first posted the tutorial, so I'd rather have it out for everyone to see than just give it to individual people smile.gif.

It's not just that. You are, and have been, generally annoying and frustrating to me, always filling up my inbox with stupid little questions which should be very easy to find the answer to.
