For some reason when I was using photoshop it would say saving as like 50 kb then be 80 so yeah, helps alot =)

Just to clear it up, for people who can't seem to read very well.
This tutorial is for people who don't have photoshop, and come into the gfx section expecting us to take our time to help them for free whenever they need it. Instead of telling us to do it for them, they can now do it themselves.
I'll change the colors so it's more eyepleasing and will edit it later.

Now please stop spamming saying just lower it using photoshop, not everyone has photoshop which is why this was made.

Thx! his might help alot of people.

As i've stated results will varie, don't know why but they will. Mine turned out fine and sitll in good quality, but Night.x's turned out bad quality. If it turns out bad show me and I will resize it for you keeping the original quality. But please attempt to do this by yourself first.
Can we stop getting our +1's here and leave it to ppl with serious questions now? thnx.

You can just save as .Gif (If you have Photoshop)

If you have Photoshop lowering the value of the .jpg will give alot better result. But isn't the Jpg in Paint better than .gif?

umm I tried it and it turned out to be really low quality, and the lightning went away
