How the hell do you get your smudges to look like that?

When I do mine, it just looks like a stretched color. Yours looks awesome and all wicked...

try not to od on linear dodge
and smudge abit less than ur current sig~

uhh I deleted it lol, but Whenever I tried to smudge it it would just make it blend in with the black background... and When I put it on dodge it dissapears.. :(

mmm its a double smudged layers~
when u set it to linar dodge it should be every bright
reread the tut carfully one smudge is under the render and one is on top~

Im guessing Linear Dodge on Ps is diff then Dodge on Gimp?
