Your gallery, how do you make the background with the added pictures while keeping it that size? (when i make it and upload it zooms out for some reason)

What I mean is when I try to make a huge background and put the sigs in, I upload it and when I post it, its not the same size its supposed to be. (It looks like its zoomed out and smaller)
