how can i animate the text with a rain animation?

very cool tutorial keep this way

each frame turn down the opacity (and then once at 0) turn it back up each frame. simple.

but i recommend not putting animated text AND a rain animation (actually I dont recommend rain unless its a brushed).

My question is this...I'm getting the same "flashing" of the main board that death_sean0 is, and I've also seen a couple other people's sig doing that too..how do I make it stop?
