how do i do the thing were i add it as a layer ive tryed ctrl+left click and dragging it but it wont work

when i duplicate the imgin animation, it's all time the same layer, so, i allways see the same thing with i do plzy, why??

imageready: save optimized as.. and choose gif

photoshop: save for web and choose gif
