Use a 3 Pixel Hard Brush, white Colour.
Press F5 go to Scattering.
Set it to..w/e you want.
I set mine to like 500%.
Now start drawing.

When I first started trying to do what this tutorial told me to do, it didn't look too good to start, but it ended really great. My outcome is below.


Edit: Instead of using the 100px white soft brush to add a light source, I used a lens flare. Gave the same effect and looked better to me (cause I'm still a noob @ PS and I don't know what I was doing wrong with the brush). Still turned out nicely.

Edit #2: I don't know what went wrong with my sparkly spots from the earlier steps. It kinda faded out while I was doing the rest of the sig. Oh well. It still looks great. Thanks for the tut! This is going on my Favorites list.
