I didn't say that...
If he saved OP's pic, it would be saved in the same quality that OP uploaded it in. If he then opened it in ps and saved as highest quality jpg and reuploaded it, no quality would be gained, some would be lost.

All arguing aside, I compiled some of my folder of signatures, from the past 5 years god knows how i saved them, and put them all into one PSD... So the quality is what it is ive reupped it and i think its a bit better now

Can a mod please update the OP with that and remove the first 2 posts?

You have a lot of potential imo. Your typo is generally horrid though, work on that.
