Not bad for a first try.

Here are the main flaws:

- The tag has no flow.
- You overdid it with the C4D effects.
- The C4D effects seem to be rather randomly placed, which can disturb the flow even more. When you add C4D effects to create some more details, make sure they don't ruin but enhance the flow.

so far assuming tags are the font/name and c4d is the image used in the background

Tag = Signature just a different term.
C4D's are the background\effect images used in editing.

Ok, i got some C4D brushes but.. how did you make them colorful at the second step? Lol! I am beginner in PS although i got the programs for 5-6 years.. Anyway good job, explain is not necessary, some guides/lessons would be fine. :)

I never said anything about C4D "Brushes". Use C4D Renders instead.
