omfg thanks for this very nice and usefull tutorial !!!

uhgm ur outcome looks strange... im thinking what u could have done ^^
btw when u create the rain layer u must duplicate it ( ctrl + J ) and then move it (onl the duplicated)
about ur animation it looks like u didnt move the rain layers and when u made the animation u just put one or two as invisibile in one frame, not sure tho

my 1st outcome ;P gunna try some more

put more than 2 layers of rain (3 is better ^^)
and also i can almost see the rain, if this happens u can raise the opacity

Kk wel i did put 3 layers ah well making new siggy now (learn from ur mistakes)
