i'm talking about the vector style tag. but that vector looks pretty cool imo :)
like the circles in that tag are they made by just layering circles over and over or are they cut out of an image and then just layered on?

uh, I dont know how to explain this xan.
Vector styles are made by using the pentool in photoshop to make shapes
Try googling a photoshop pentool tut, good place to start.
You sure are helpful lately xan.

Yeah, youre right.

But really, how often is it that someone comes in that truly wants to improve? Its so rare that we've just gotten used to dismissing people.

Vector have many different meanings but in this case, i don't have better words to describe or i could just go wikipedia. It is layer on layer, every tone variety brought out on a separate one. Vector also is resizeable without any quality loss so similar thing done in Photoshop is called vexeling instead of vectoring.

Deviantart have plenty of good pentool tutorials, just go deviantart.com and see yourself. Also it have plenty of other tutorials, so does this section if you see for stickies and threads around.

Otherwise than that, you are yet too short of knowledge about the program to start explaining it in terms. Just try everything out yourself.
