like i said, i saw this one but didn't like the outcome. That was one of maybe 4 that I found after looking for about 3 days. None of which had outcomes that i liked.

well then you have found a part of boring gfx no one is interessted in or just an unknown part
try it on your own and make a tut then

if you'll notice i was kind until people started making comments that had already been addressed or making snide remarks.

They aren't made a certain way, thats probably why you can't find many tutorials, its just a matter of where you put the brushes/how you blend them in.
