Ok

Before you make the text layer, Copy Visible (Right click > Edit > Copy Visible)
Make your text layer
On the text layer hit "Alpha to Section" (Section might be selection but w/e)
Then hit Paste Into (Right Click > Edit > Paste Into)

(Right click > Edit > Copy Visible) = Ctrl+Shift+C?

what will be copied then?
i used the whole signature, on that the font should appear once^^
i pressed Ctrl+Shift+C and the info bar tells me "Copied Pixels into "(Stash?)""
i dont understand what tio do with the copied image

move the copied image around, when its in the text so you get it where you want

No
Just any font
Use simple fonts, like arial or sans
