well i was using imageready for animation
b/c the tut told me too
even when i transfered the pic onto ps cs2
it still didn't have to option to put it on GIF
I use cs2 but when i do my animations i do not switch to imageready because it just ends up messing things up.
When you are finished with something and you want to add animation try using regular cs2 w/o imageready and click windows>animation
