well the mod who I talked to before I realized PNG made the kb size jump said it was fine. just had to save the top half as gif to fix its size

I forget it was last week and I didnt save the message. If it really is in violation lemme see the rule im breaking and Ill fix it cause last time I read it I may have misunderstood what they meant.

bottom part= around 60 kb

kb limit= 70 kb

upper part=150 (heigt)
bottom part=45 (heigt)

size limit= 400x150
