yeah the colors are kinda icky, and the focal doesn't fit in, i would suggest using photo filters/subtle gradients/color balance layers to make her color match closer to the bg.
the symmetry is also a littler off, but doesn't look that bad. I guess i would ask you to try and be a little more creative with it, looks a whole lot like the one i did. (you dont have to only do the things i did, i just used that tag to specifically show symmetry and textured backgrounds.
