its the sticky and what ur doing wrong? hmm.

after making a copy of the frame in animation, remember to click/unclick eye in layer bar.

what i mean by this is, 1st frame 1,2,3,4 layers of the rain is unchecked and 5 is checked, 2nd frame will be 1,2,3,5 unchecked 4 checked. and so on. just play around w/ it and hope this helps.

it does get tricky at first.

or, before u copy the first frame in animation. uncheck all rain layer and copy it like 3 times. then 1st frame check 1st layer, 2nd frame uncheck 1st check 2nd and so on.

first thing u do is make 4 new layers

which u will have your sig..and 4 blank layers

fill all for with black

add noise to all those make sure its monotone

then Motion/blur all 4

make sure same degrees and strength

set all four copys to overlay

now take the top three and click the eye and hide them

click your first frame....

now hide that layer and unhide the 2nd motion/blured layer

click the new frame again

now hide that layer and unhide the next blured layer

click new frame again

hide 3rd layer and unhide the fourth layer

and hit new frame again

now press play...u should have rain

you're suppose to have 2-3 frames of rain... each one with the rain effect, but in a different rain size.

same for you, ALL your frames need to have a rain effect or it would look messed up.
