Lmk if you have a link to a tutorial on how to make a sig like this with the image inside the squares.
Link can be outside of jsp if it is. Thanks

lol ill write a tut on that now...

create a canvas of about 300x100 pixel.

take out the rectangle tool, and put it +select.

make some squeres, and when u think its enough, fill the all with black.

now right click on the layer, bleding options, drop shadow.

To continue his tut : Go to your sig's psd , New layer, Image > Apply Image > Defaults, import it to the new psd,put it on top of the layer with the squares, clipping mask,voila

I'm not positive, but I think that will put the image into the drop shadows also.

You will probably have to have two rectangle layers - one with drop shadows, and one without. The one without is also the one in the clipping mask.

After you flatten your sig or image>apply image...

Select All>Cut your signature.

Make your squares on a new canvas.

Select>Load Selection

Paste your signature while the squares are selected.

Add Drop Shadow.
