lol? this tutorial is very beginner level and will help the new "noobies" to photoshop how is that not positive feedback?
It's a good tutorial its just very beginner level and dont say its not its probably not gonig to help the good gfxers around here but when the noobs look at this they will learn
and im not saying noobs in a bad way just that there new to ps

Right, but if you've been around you'd realize the "noob" word is no longer just for newjacks, it's in a more negative frame. Understandable though. And hence the novice/intermediate, never said it was any higher or any more advanced then that.

Technically the average ranking systems go: Novice/Moderate/Intermediate/Professional

This would indeed be novice (no not novice/moderate) and would be helpful to "noobies". Noobies as in "newjacks" but aswell people who aren't very good with photoshop and are still learning. There have been plenty of examples of people using photoshop for years and still being "noobies". Get over it, this isn't your gaming section where noobie is the worst insult in your vocabulary. In graphics when somebody calls somebody a noobie while helping them, it's not an insult. Graphics isn't really a competition. (this is an exception for some people of course)

*A way to improve the tutorial would be to maybe link the brushes you used, and explain how to change settings. Explain how you did the bubble stuff and such, so they can get ideas on how to do similar stuff themselves.
