You can do that with photoshop, Flash is for flash applications; games, websites, etc. To animate in photoshop just go to Windows > Animation and animate; if you don't know how to use the interface just google an animation tutorial for photoshop tongue.gif.

i know that i dunno why louiche posted that i am not noob a ps rofl ,

so flash is the best program to use ?

If you want to animate signatures, then use photoshop imo..

not for sig lol for a big animation like that
in description they say they used Flash Cs3
