wow, great tut
however, im too much of a beginner to understand some of the parts (i dont know how to resize the wheel, cant find the smudge (or is it liquify?) tool, etc ;p

when i get better ill give this another shot!

Smudge will be found if u right clickthe blur or sharpen tool and click the little finder
to resize press ctrl t and then hold shift while resizing

however, when i apply the glass filter i get a different result:

shit you know what your right.... When doing to glass filter follow that 1st step then repeat. So do the same filter 2 times.

also when you do the filter make sure it is still on the gray bg i just magic wanded the gray after i pasted it into sig

Ok, i had to apply Glass Filter 2x on the original color wheel, then remove the gray part, and then import it to my comp
just to let other ppl know ;p
