Can anyone tell me how I could make my signature smaller kb-wise.
I don't really want to cange the animation or take anything out.
Is this posibble? Any suggestions will be helpful. Thanks in advance.

with out the banner it is much smaller, i could size it down from here. But i really like the banner. what would happen if i made the sig and banner two different pictures, is the kb limit the same?

I think there's a way to "optimize to file size" when you go to File > Save Optimized As, then you put 70kb

sig counts as banner and sig added
so them added up has to fit rules

maybe if you'd put the banner with out the little shaddow animation
