I tried to explain each step as much as possible, it's more important to know why you're taking the step then to just take it... Otherwise you're just adding random effects when you go to make your own style, not actually deciding what to do

outcome very bad quality. but i like effect!

Over sharpened,and the border kills it.
Good tut for newcomers i guess.
