Ornate Plates are primarily used for Barbarian PK, and since the three most important stats rolled almost perfect, it should hold significant value even without resistances. However, it is a shame because if it had also rolled with Damage Reduced, -Requirements, or Dexterity, its value would have been astronomical. If the armor is currently worth around 5k, having just one of those three additional stats could have pushed its value well over 50k. There are some notorious scumbags on JSP who buy things for dirt cheap just to flip them for a high price, so be careful when selling. If you don't get a good offer, don't sell it and just hold onto it.
