if you want rare amulet i supose u not gonna use irathas
so u need rares with dexterity. twitch will give u 10str and 10dext and i have ammy that allows u use spectral shard blade, that way u dont need click dext u can have more vitality

its not crazy amulet but still a perfect 20 dext, perfect roll max. so i cannot sell it vs 30fg as random +2
