Usually pvm barbs use either sigon belt and helmet combo or belt and boots combination from hsarus set.
Their massive boost to ar is the main reason. sigon offers 10%ll as well, both have a nice def bonus and some res.
3 Sigon parts (boots, belt, helm) are also something to consider. check out their respective stats!
Often barbs also use goblintoe for the cb bonus.
With that said - I do have nice rares for the above mentioned slots too. But before I put them together for you I wanna make sure you have these set items considered.
