1.5 k will be the highest you can get IMO. 286 is cool but min damage is low. missing tridura for pvm. missing leech for pvm aswell. missing -req or +skill for pvp barb. missing 40 ias for charger zealer. and the base attack rating is very very low.
honestly ive seen similar ones going for 500 - 1000 fg. that's my price range for such starter item ( to me its only good to help a friend who would want to build a litle starter BVA )
I agree with you. I'll lower the bin to 1k, I wouldn't complain if I got 1k for it.
