Depending how you play, you can survive a bit more with req. And srilll hurt with 2+ 40ias 240+ -req.

A full req one with more dmg and 2+ 40ias can be a great killer, in bm duels.

Also lances with 40ias and req with good range.

Its a hard find that martel, trust me.
