Its hard to sell rare circs without it naturally having 2os in it unless its like insane, i still have a bunch of 2 20 allres 20 20 20+ str/life circs on nl nobody wanted.

For rare weapons they need to have fools&cruels + erep & 250+ed and ias, or like 350+ed w ias to be worth anything

I mean I'm sure there is still value for the weps for the people who can't afford a 20-100k wep
