For example instead of a brutal deadlidt session doing something where you leave something in the tank? Better for strength or hypertrophy or anything?

Talking instead of 5x5 ish plus 5x10 at a much lower %

Doing something like 3x3 and 2x10 at the same lower %

But doing the latter 3x a week

Is this a program of some sort. With more frequency but lower rpe and volume on any one workout

Not gonna pretend I know how to lift

Boxing is litteraly all cardio,

BJJ was more like a very technical thing,
Hard to explain,
But BJJ feels quite unnatural at first,

Like all ur instincts are wrong , u need propper technique, or it doesn't work

I know the basic concept on how to build muscle, but I've always been so lazy to lift weights, but I'd destroy my self in martial arts class, cuz I was actually into it

Christian bale said he hates working out, he feels like u get dumber the more muscles u get, cuz its so repetitive,

A Korean body builder who revealed his PED cocktail, had this sort amphetamine, with roids, n even a pig fat burning pill for farmers

But amphetamines allow u to do boring repetitive tasks for a long ass time; n it feels fast;

kobe did it

if you start earlier you accumulate more time over the span of your life, so when people start doing the amount you are, you're already so far past them they can't catch up
