It's not, but it's been mentioned to both parties. It's a perfect set up for their agenda with Jake, so I'd almost count on it happening. Especially beings McGregor has already ventured into the boxing field with Mayweather. I doubt they'll say no to such a fight due to the purse that's easily obtainable.
