i mean, i can respect how you feel but to be completely real here, outside of WWE, promos aren't scripted at all only match results and storylines are, so what the guys say during their promos is purely them, off the top of their heads in the moment and can sometimes get very real
a good example of this was the kingston/punk promo ahead of full gear where kingston got to air some real life personal grievances with how punk treated him when he was just starting out way back in the day in ROH and hating on him for leaving to go to the WWE.
there's definitely emotion in it and its more real than almost any movie or book could ever be because its unscripted off the top of the head promos, regardless if the match outcomes r planned or not. to each his own though, im not as much of a fan of it as i used to be but im def there for the promos that feel real.
