Nothing like feeling like you're a fairly strong guy and could handle yourself only to start bjj and realize your are puny, helpless, and average at best

bjj is modern-day karate - shit that could get you into some serious trouble in an actual street fight

staying on the bottom and not getting your feet at all costs.. bad idea - i would only go for chokes/limb locks as a LAST resort if sweeps werent working

oh and gi's are worse than anime

I get what you're saying but someone who actually knows bjj really well a black belt maybe brown idk what other than black but they're going to snatch you in something so quick youd be fucked. Yes someone who is amateur or 6 month in bjj and tries it in a street fight is prob gonna f it up and get hurt.

nah, bjj doesnt account for smashing your head into cement/biting/headbutts etc

id take a lean weight advantage/elusive boxing rudimentary knowledge over higher level bjj anyday

That's what happens when you don't open your guard when someone stands up in it, you get slammed. He should have switched to an open guard and a sweep to improve his position from guard to mount. Instead, he got literally bodied.

He had the triangle choke set up, but if someone stands up like that, you got to bail on it.
