Few years ago there was a friendly sparring session Conor had with Hafthor the mountain.

Given that he was able to spar with a giant like that I think he’s obviously got the speed, the power, the talent and the heart to beat Francis Ngannou.
He’s so short he would barely need to move to duck under the sloppy and wild strikes.
He’d be so much quicker he could probably hit Ngannou while never getting hit.
Much like the woodpecker inevitably breaks through a tree. Conor would easily and skillfully beat Francis.
