I’ve found myself wondering lately why DC isn’t stepping up to face Ngannou? Granted, it was more on the fore front after the Jones shit, but I also thought it when DC was commentating Ngannous last fight.

He made Stipe wait over a year for his rematch, yet gives him shit for taking his time during a national pandemic?! If he were that worried about fighting then an interim championship vs Francis makes sense, with the winner facing Stipe when HES ready. DC really fucked with him for the rematch, would only be fitting for the class act champion to do the same, even if it’s unintentional.

But what are your thoughts? Think DC would ever take that fight or has his balls left him hoping for, at least in my eyes, an easier fight with Stipe?

Stipe isn’t an easier fight for DC imo.

But Cormier has said he’s looking to get his title back and retire, he’s 41. But if the UFC would pay them big enough money, DC would tap him out in 2-rounds.

Daniel already said he would fight Francis for the title if Stipe wouldn't give him a date. Multiple times.

Why would they strip Miocic?

Reason they would release to the public? Inactivity. Reality? He talks like someone threw a cell phone in blender, and that just isn't very marketable.

Highly doubt DC will fight Francis, idc what DC says.

DC vs Stipe will happen when it happens, DC will wait and UFC won't strip Stipe.

ngannou is like the HW vitor fight style wise

why wouldnt dc take that fight? he would EASILY wrestle fuck francis. francis is known to not even train wrestling, and we all seen what stipe did to him. if a highschool wrestler can do that to him, the olympic silver medalist will destroy him.
the ufc doesnt want that fight. they dont want to feed their golden goose to a guy who will retire soon. makes no sense business wise.
