Asking 4 a friend who say it's almost instant. I'm thinking for juice or candy maybe pretty instant but anything more whole food like rice or oatmeal its gonna take a long time
when you say ''endurance workout'' are you referring to the up and down the stairs in your parents basement when you have to go to toilet or refill your bowl of chips between online gaming ?
