the fight could happen easily, as it would most likely be through mayweather/mcgregor promo and not UFC and the $$ generated would likely be the same or more than the boxing match
Dana white, conor and floyd have all hinted at and said it is very possible and talks are happening for this fight to happen.

not that hard to believe think about it, floyd doesnt tarnish his record of 50-0 as he would be a 0-0 MMA record & no one really expects him to win anyway
200 million for 2-4 minutes in an octagon with conor is a nice payday even if he has 500+ million already.
