Someone being banned 6 months by USADA for pretending that other fighter attacked him?

Rumours say Colby might be facing 6 months for his brawl vs Werdum on november. If so, he'll be back in May <3

At what point does United States of America doping agency ever banned for anything not related to drugs? This is false
