Pacquiao declined fight vs Mayweather because Mayweather wanted 60% of the $, leaving Pacquiao with 40%.

If it's not about the money, Pacquiao would just fight to shut him up.

I got a question about the pac nuthuggers......why didnt pac accept the terms the first time? the fight would have been done already...whats the difference between then and now?
