What are some stretches that work for ya'll when you're not currently training

Cheers, I'll add more rows into my routine!

I'm doing my basic stretches like hip flexors, groin, lunges, quads, calves etc.
mainly asking hereincase anyone knows of any uncommon stretches to recommend

Will add yin yoga stuff for more stretching, and then I really like these:

Rowing machine is great and I know you’re already running jump rope. I like swimming and hiking and running. A combo of those makes me feel like my breathing is way better.

id worry more about learning how to open your hips before worrying about stretching anything in particular but the basics, toe touches, splits, etc

Yeah opening the hips is really important, I've been trying to run a lot too to keep fitness up

id axe the running and keep low impact. muay thai is already bad on your joints
