Does anyone here have experience with bags? I have been using an 80lb bag for the last couple months. I have to buy a hanger of some kind to avoid damaging my basement beam. Ceiling Hanger VS Wall Hanger VS Bag Stand. Anyone have any suggestion as what they found the best? I am kinda leaning away from the ceiling because my wife says the floor upstairs starts shaking when I get to kicking

I just dont know if you use a wall mount will the bag continuously bang into the wall?.
Then I am guessing with bag stands if you dont have it pushed against a wall or on some grippy workout mats you are chasing it around. Do the bags have enough swing that it can hit the wall with the stand?

How do you currently have it mounted to the ceiling? Do you own your place or are you renting?
